In Québec, English-speaking professionals face unique challenges in the job market. That’s why the Provincial Employment Roundtable (PERT), with the support of the Ministry of Immigration, Francisation, and Integration through Francisation Québec, launched the Circonflexe Mentorship Program, bringing together French and English speakers with the aim of fostering language learning and building community.
Our program pairs English-speaking mentees with French-proficient mentors to enhance their language skills and build their professional networks, and unlock new career opportunities.
The program includes pedagogical tools and activities to facilitate language learning and professional development, while mentors provide the guidance and support needed to navigate both language learning and the professional world in Québec.
Mentorship is a mutually enriching experience. Mentors have the chance to share their knowledge, forge meaningful connections, and give back to the community while enhancing their professional skills.
