The presentation will highlight the findings from our report and welcome Leslie (Laszlo) Acs, Executive Director of La Passerelle, to share his perspective on the situation of mature workers in Québec in conversation with PERT Policy Research Lead Morgan Gagnon. The discussion will explore themes of ageism and linguistic identity in Québec and highlight policy solutions to support mature workers in the labour force.
